This page explains how WatchYT handles account and YouTube data for the service.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we collect the account details needed to identify your account, including your name, email address, and Google user ID.
When you connect a YouTube channel, we collect the channel metadata and performance data needed to show your dashboard, such as channel title, subscribers, views, CTR, and watch time.
We also store authentication tokens needed to keep your connected account working until you disconnect it.
How we use the data
We use your data only to provide WatchYT features, including account authentication, channel tracking, dashboard reporting, sync jobs, and billing if you choose a paid plan.
We do not sell your Google or YouTube data.
We do not use your Google data for advertising.
How we share data
We share data with service providers only as needed to run WatchYT, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, and database infrastructure.
We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our users, service, or rights.
Google API data
WatchYT's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use Google and YouTube data only to provide user-facing analytics, channel tracking, reporting, and account connection features.
Data retention
We keep your account and channel data while your account is active.
If you disconnect a channel or ask us to delete your data, we will remove or anonymize it where reasonably possible, except where we must keep it for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
Your choices
You can disconnect a connected Google account at any time.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
